Calling all innovators, storytellers, movers and shakers: TEDxPhiladelphia is taking nominations for the organization's June conference.
TED is a nonprofit organization devoted to spreading ideas about technology, entertainment and design. TEDxPhiladelphia is independent and community-planned, but operates under licensing from TED.
The June 11 conference at Temple Performing Arts Center, 1837 N. Broad St., is themed "And Justice for All." Public votes — more than 800 of them — chose the theme.
According to the conference website:
This exploration of access and equality wills showcase great ideas for building a more just city.
TEDxPhilly fans are encouraged to nominate speakers for this theme here. Speaker nominations close Feb. 6 at midnight.
