One person is dead after an SUV crashed into a SEPTA trolleybus Monday evening, according to reports.
According to 6 ABC, the accident happened on the 4700 block of Penn Street around 7:30 p.m.
The driver of the SUV was taken to Einstein Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
NBC Philadelphia reports that the passenger in the SUV was also hospitalized, but their condition is not known.
Twelve passengers on the trolley received minor injuries.
Police are investigating the incident.
