Police are looking to identify and locate the suspect who is wanted in a theft in South Philadelphia.
Police are seeking the public's help in finding a suspect wanted in a theft in South Philadelphia.
In surveillance video released by police Thursday, an unknown male suspect can be seen walking near parked vehicles on the 2700 block of S. 16th St. on Dec. 2 at 2 a.m.
This suspect was then captured heading north on the 2600 block of S. Bancroft St. carrying several bags that police say were taken from parked vehicles.
