SuGa, a contemporary Chinese bistro in Center City, has announced that starting Saturday, Nov. 19, the restaurant will serve "Dim Sum Brunch."

If you haven't had dim sum before, it's a style of Chinese cuisine where bite-sized portions are served in small steamer baskets or on small plates.

Now SuGa diners will be able to pair dumplings with mimosas every Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.

The restaurant's take on a modern Chinese brunch includes wild mushroom dumplings, crispy yellowfin tuna tacos and bacon fried rice, among other SuGa favorites.

Mimosas and kimchi bloody marys will be $6, while chilled bottles of Champagne with orange juice will be $25.

Brunch-goers can also go for a more authentic experience and opt for a pot of Chinese tea, hand-selected from China by restaurateur and chef Susanna Foo.
