South Philadelphia Tap Room is hosting a holiday happy hour with Saint Benjamin Brewing Company on Dec. 22. From 4-7 p.m., the bar will serve festive specials.
There will be an exclusive firkin of Gingerbread Oatmeal Stout, the new Reaper White IPA and the Heart in Hand Rauch Bock from the brewing company.
The bar will also have Kurant Cider on draft. The Kurant Spice is brewed with cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar.
For those who don't consider it a holiday until the eggnog is served, fear not. All happy-hour attendees are invited to treat themselves to a glass.
The bar will be decorated with twinkling lights and garland for the occasion, and rumor has it Santa will be stopping in for a pint.
All Saint Benjamin and Kurant drafts will be half price during happy hour, so drink up -- especially since a donation will be made to CHOP on behalf of Saint Benjamin, Kurant and South Philadelphia Tap Room for each pint sold.
