Have plans Thursday night? Head to the Williams-Sonoma store at the Bellevue and you'll find the first of many fall culinary events hosted by Sogno Philly. The two brands have partnered up for a series of cooking classes, beginning with one led by Chef Joe Polutro Thursday at 6:30 p.m.
Polutro will lead attendees in an hour of instruction on hand-crafted pasta featuring fall flavors during a classic Italian dinner. The night begins with an appetizer of bruschetta and then continues with Tuscan-style veal and sausage with handmade fettucine, during which Polutro will demonstrate his pasta making techniques. Afterward, guests will socialize over dessert and coffee.
Other upcoming Sogno Philly events include a Bachelorette Cooking Class led by Al Par Thursday, October 22 and "Let's Talk Turkey" event at the 20th Street Whole Foods Tuesday, November 10. Tickets are available online.
