Joel Embiid and Paul George will both be out for the Sixers' home game against the Orlando Magic on Wednesday night, according to a report from Tim Bontemps of ESPN:
Paul George is out tonight against Orlando, sources told ESPN, after playing a season-high 37 minutes Tuesday in Charlotte.

Joel Embiid, who’s been out for personal reasons & left knee injury management, is getting back on the court & starting his ramp-up process. He remains out
Embiid missed the entire preseason and the first nine games of the regular season due to left knee injury management and a suspension, played in four of five games and then returned to the injury report when he experienced swelling in the same knee.
Wednesday's game will be the sixth consecutive contest in which Embiid does not suit up. For the first three missed games, he was listed on the injury report with left knee injury management, for the next two games the team also included a "personal reasons" designation.
George had his best game as a Sixer on Tuesday night, leading the team to a road victory against the Charlotte Hornets with 29 points on excellent efficiency to go with eight assists. He played a season-high in minutes, as Bontemps pointed out, and the Sixers appear to have elected not to use the 34-year-old nine-time All-Star in both legs of the first back-to-back since his return from his own left knee injury.
After missing three weeks between the end of the preseason and opening stretch of regular season games with a left knee bone bruise, George returned to the floor for a handful of games before suffering a second bone bruise in the same knee. George missed only three games across a 10-day span the second time around and has had an easier time easing into action.
Coming off an excellent outing in Charlotte, though, George will join Embiid on the sidelines for a matchup against one of the Eastern Conference's best teams.
