One woman died and five others were injured Sunday night in a single-car crash on I-95 in Bucks County.
According to NBC 10, the vehicle was heading southbound in Yardley at around 7 p.m. when it overturned and came to a stop in the center median. Police said that three of the occupants were ejected.
The woman who died had just turned 20 and was traveling home from "American Idol" auditions at Temple University's Liacouras Center in Philadelphia. According to police, she still had her American Idol ticket in her pocket.
She was identified as Natasha Bellott of Bloomfield, N.J., according to 6ABC.
Three other victims were identified. Leslie McCoy, 19, of Monclair, N.J., is hospitalized at St. Mary Medical Center with a head injury and fractured ribs.
Carl Delpolito, 24, of Bloomfield, N.J., and Jacob Gorski, 18, of East Orange, N.J., were being treated at Capital Health Hospital in Trenton. Both suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The names of the female driver, 17, from Belleville, N.J., and female passenger, 16, from Bloomfield, N.J., were not released. The two were also being treated at Capital Health for non-life-threatening injuries.
An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the crash.
