One person has been reported injured and another is in police custody following a shooting at the Delaware Park Racetrack Wednesday morning.
According to NBC10, police responded to the racetrack in Stanton, Delaware, at around 9 a.m.
One person was reportedly injured and was transported to Christiana Hospital.
Another was said to be in police custody following an investigation at the Prides Court Apartments, located about 2 miles from the racetrack.
NBC10 reporter Tim Furlong, who was at the scene on Wednesday, reported witnessing investigators retrieving a gun from a stream that runs between the track area and golf course on the park grounds.
No arrests have been reported at this time, and the victim’s condition is unknown.
