This young boy was discovered wandering alone in LOVE Park Friday night.
Parents of a little boy discovered in LOVE Park Friday night shoeless and alone have been located by police.
The child's parents, a 24-year-old male and 27-year-old female, informed police they had been kicked out of where they were staying and spent the night at the park, according to ABC 6.
They parents boy wandered off once they had fallen asleep. They were unaware he was missing when he was found in a separate area of the park.
The boy's 4-year-old sister was with the parents when they were located.
Both children have been placed with DHS. No charges have been filed yet.
Transit Police Chief Thomas Nestel said that the boy, believed to be about 2-years-old, was found around 11 p.m. by two people who brought him to the Transit Police Station near 15th Street.
He was reportedly very frightened and not communicating. A Twitter user posted a picture of the child after he was picked up by police.

The boy was then taken to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia by medics for an evaluation.
