A person was struck by a vehicle on Roosevelt Boulevard Thursday morning, CBSPhilly reports.
The incident occurred shortly after 7 a.m. in the southbound lanes of Roosevelt Boulevard and Welsh Road.
The victim was transported to Torresdale Hospital in critical condition.
The outer southbound lanes of the boulevard are closed as a result of the crash.
The incident remains under investigation.
