Sam Bradford has X-ray, but says 'I'm all good'

The Eagles didn't win their season opener in Atlanta, but Sam Bradford showed some promise. In his first regular season action since 2013, Bradford went 20-22 in the second half and led a couple of long touchdown drives. One of those incompletions was the interception that bounced off Jordan Matthews' hands and sealed a loss for the Birds.

But the major worry with Bradford is always health, and CSN Philly's Derrick Gunn made the entire Delaware Valley collectively hold their breath with one tweet:

The Eagles quarterback was hit quite a bit, especially in the disastrous first half. Speaking to the press in Atlanta after the game, Bradford said that the X-rays were only a precaution.

"I took a few hits, they just wanted to get something checked out," Bradford said. "Don't worry about it. I'm all good, they said everything was good."

Howard Eskin is reporting that Bradford's ankle is specifically what was being looked at. So after Week 1, Bradford is saying that he still feels good. Only time will tell if that continues.
