More than 100 booths will line the blocks, highlighting Rittenhouse's shopping, dining and entertainment.
Neighborhood restaurants and bars will serve street-friendly food and alcoholic drinks to sip al fresco.
Stephen Starr's Rittenhouse restaurants – Alma de Cuba, Barclay Prime, Butcher and Singer, The Continental Midtown, The Dandelion and El Rey – will be offering food and drink on the 1800 block of Walnut Street.
Starr's Parisian bistro Parc will expand its outdoor seating to the street, so festival goers can enjoy full table service without missing anything. The restaurant will also sell frosé outside.
In addition, there will be live music at the festival and family-friendly activities. It will take place rain or shine.
