The Mayor's Office for the City of Philadelphia has posted large rewards for information on two shootings that injured multiple people earlier this week.
A $10,000 reward has been posted for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those involved with a shooting in West Philly that injured 10 and a shooting in Kensington that injured seven.
In both shootings, children were among those injured by bullets.
On Saturday, June 20, shots were fired at a block party on the 4100 block of Ogden Street, injuring 10 people including three children, aged one, 11 and 12. All three were most recently listed in stable condition after being taken to the hospital.
The other seven victims, ranging in ages between 22 and 48 years old, were all taken to Presbyterian Hospital for treatment and were listed in stable condition.
Two days later, a gunman fired a shotgun into a crowd of people on the 700 block of East Hilton Street. Seven people were injured, including a 3-year-old-girl and two 10-year-old girls.
The three children are listed in stable condition. Among the other four injured, two males, aged 24 and 25, are listed in critical condition at Temple University Hospital. The other two victims are listed in stable condition.
In the West Philly shooting, police are searching for two suspects. The first was described by witnesses as a light-skinned black man in his 20s with a neck beard and tattooed arms. He was wearing a yellow t-shirt and blue jeans. The second suspect was a dark-skinned black man who was wearing dark blue jeans and a black shirt, police said.
In the Kensington shooting on Monday, police are searching for a a black male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, between the ages of 25 and 30 years old. The suspect is described as having a stocky build and was last seen wearing a red and white tank top and a black handkerchief on his face.
The motives in both shootings are still unknown, and police have not said if the incidents are related.
