Antonia Gorga, the mother of Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Teresa Giudice and Joe Gorga, has died at the age of 66, People Magazine reported Saturday.
Gorga, who is survived by Teresa, her brother Joe and father Giacinto Gorga and seven grandchildren, reportedly died of natural causes.
Joe Gorga is married to Melissa Gorga, who was also a reality star on Bravo's RHONJ.
“Yes, Antonia Gorga passed away at the age of 66,” a source told Us Weekly. “Teresa has been in the hospital with her and is inconsolable now. Teresa is also in communication with [her husband] Joe and will be visiting as soon as she can."
Guidice hasn't commented on the matter on social media as of Saturday, but has posted many photos of her and her mother in the past.
Teresa Guidice's husband, Joe Guidice, is serving his sentence in a federal prison in Fort Dix, New Jersey after pleading guilty to fraud charges. Teresa Guidice also served a 15-month sentence but was released in December 2015.
