As it turns out, the Sixers weren't all that excited to hand out an extension to Nerlens Noel this summer. The Vertical's Adrian Wojnarowski broke the news that the Sixers are trading Noel to the Dallas Maverics for Justin Anderson, a protected first-round pick, and Andrew Bogut.

It will be important to find out what the protections are on Dallas' pick after this season, because that certainly won't convey in 2017.
