In the Philadelphia Eagles' Week 9 win over the Dallas Cowboys, TE Dallas Goedert suffered a forearm fracture on a controversial tackle by Cowboys LB Markquese Bell, had surgery, and was expected to miss about four weeks.
That injury occurred 22 days ago. According to a report from NFL Network's James Palmer, there's a chance Goedert could play against the San Francisco 49ers next Sunday.
It looks like #eagles TE Dallas Goedert (forearm) will push to play this weekend vs the #49ers. We'll see if that's possible as the week goes. It does seem very realistic for him to be on the field in two weeks vs the #cowboys I'm told.

Goedert is third on the team in receiving, behind A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith. Through nine games, he has 38 catches for 410 yards and 2 TDs. His season began slowly, as he had just 13 catches for 88 yards and no TDs in the Eagles' first four games. However, over the last five games, his production picked up, as he had 25 catches for 322 yards and 2 TDs. With Goedert out, Jack Stoll has filled in as the starter with Grant Calcaterra and Albert Okwuegbunam getting sporadic snaps otherwise.
If Goedert can indeed return to the lineup, he would be a major help to the Eagles passing game, both in terms of production from the tight end position, as well as opening up better opportunities on the outside for DeVonta Smith and A.J. Brown.
