UPDATE: Following the Eagles loss to the Saints, offensive lineman Brandon Brooks confirmed he tore his Achilles' tendon during the game.
Wanted to take a minute to thank everyone for the well wishes. Yeah it sucks I tore my Achilles but you know what I look forward to attacking rehab like it’s a game. I look forward to this long journey. God got me and this did nothing but light a fire I needed

Of course, the loss ended the Birds' season, but given the severity of Brooks' injury, his recovery will likely linger into next season.
The Eagles dropped like flies in Week 11 when they were thumped by the Saints.
The same thing appears to be happening in the Divisional Playoff round, as numerous Eagles have left the game with injuries — some returning but others still out — from Fletcher Cox to Rasul Douglas to Michael Bennett to Brandon Graham.
The offense almost lost a player just as important as any, as Brandon Brooks went down with an apparent leg injury in the first quarter and was carted off the field.
Many feared it was a torn Achilles, with the entire Eagles roster gathering to pay respect to the Pro Bowl guard.

NFL insider Ian Rapoport gave an update before halftime:
#Eagles Pro Bowl guard Brandon Brooks suffered a serious lower leg injury and is out indefinitely, source said. Unlikely he plays again this season. A huge blow for Philly’s offense.

In his stead, grizzled veteran guard Stefen Wisniewski took over and didn't miss a beat, lead blocking for Nick Foles' lunge into the End Zone to put the Eagles up 14-0.
If the Eagles advance, the loss of Brooks will be a big one.
