Tony Romo and Dez Bryant make up 99.7% (estimated) of the Cowboys' salary cap.

After weeks of hand-wringing, including threats of holding out into the regular season, Dez Bryant has reached long term contract agreement with the Dallas Cowboys, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

That would be $14 million per season, to save you time doing the math. Ed Werder of ESPN is reporting that the guaranteed portion of the contract is $45 million.

That makes Bryant the second highest paid receiver in the NFL.

Bryant had 88 catches for 1320 yards and 16 TDs a year ago. He killed the Eagles last year in the second matchup, repeatedly burning Bradley Fletcher and Nate Allen to the tune of 6 catches for 114 yards and 3 TDs. The Eagles beefed up their secondary over the offseason, signing Byron Maxwell to a big-money deal, and drafting three cornerbacks. They won't get a break from Bryant this season.
