According to ESPN's Browns report Pat McManamon, via ESPN's NFL twitter account, the Cleveland Browns offered two first round picks to the Titans for the No. 2 overall pick, which would of course be used to select Marcus Mariota.

The tweet isn't specific, but I would assume the two picks McManamon is referring to are the 12th and 19th overall picks the Browns hold in the 2015 draft.
And sure enough, 11 MINUTES LATER, another report by ESPN Titans reporter Paul Kuharsky said the Titans are claiming the Browns made no such offer.
