Potentially lethal packets of heroin stamped with the names "Red Snowman" and "Superstar" are circulating in several Gloucester County municipalites, according to the county prosecutor's office.
Overnight Friday into Saturday, police in Gibbstown, Paulsboro and Franklin Township administered the heroin antidote Narcan to revive three individuals who had used herion from packets marked with those names.
Offcials from the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office said anyone possessing packets stamped with those names that turns over the drugs to a local police department will not face prosecution.
