Helping to support eight children after a failed marriage that was depicted on a reality television show isn't easy, but Jon Gosselin found a way. He revealed a new gig stripping along the Jersey Shore.
The former "Jon & Kate Plus 8" star is teasing a performance with 'Untamed Male Revue,' a show featuring male exotic dancers, in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Gosselin, 39, will show off a new side to the public on Saturday, April 1 at Dusk Nightclub located inside Caesars Atlantic City.
The group's website said performers "remain tasteful and will always leave something to your imagination" during routines. Like this:
Gosselin gained fame in 2007 as TLC started airing a show that chronicled his family's life in Pennsylvania. The show centered around his marriage to Kate Gosselin and raising their eight children, comprised of a pair of twins and a set of sextuplets. The twins are 16 and the sextuplets are 12 now.
The couple divorced two years later and the show rebranded as "Kate Plus 8" when Jon left the production. In total, 10 seasons and 170 episodes of the show aired.
Since leaving the show, he remained in the entertainment industry by serving as a DJ and promoter.
While not everyone on social media expressed a desire to see a 39-year-old, divorced father-of-eight perform, Gosselin has taken the negative feedback in stride.
Tickets cost $40, which includes a free drink for a limited time.
