Little Baby's Ice Cream, purveyors of frozen goodness and moderately terrifying videos, is selling off some of said goodies to the public. This Friday, Jan. 9, Little Baby's is clearing out its freezers and bringing out its one-off, discontinued and out-of-season flavors for its 2nd Annual Great Ice Cream Auction.

Considering the special and one-time offerings include things like Absinthe Poppy, Sushi and Jerk (like the seasoning), there are bound to be some crazy flavors on the auction block. Little Baby's recommends bringing a cooler for your wins, because you're going to want to stick around.

Why? Well, Sean and Andrew Arsenault of Brewery ARS, an up-and-coming craft brewery based in Philly, are serving as auctioneers for the night. They'll be pouring free beer for attendees and, according to their Facebook page, it will be a single-hopped Simcoe Saison called Antique'n. Rare beer and rare ice cream? Sounds like quite a treat.
