Protein Rollups — makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
• 2 slices of reduced-sodium deli-style turkey meat
• 2 slices of Swiss cheese (reduced fat)
• 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
• ½ a pear (or apple), thinly sliced with seeds removed.
Directions:
- Set pieces of turkey on a work surface. Top each with a cheese slice.
- Spread 1/2 tsp mustard over each piece of cheese.
- Align wedges of pear or apple along bottom edge of cheese and roll up like a cigar.
