A man allegedly sent flowers — and a threatening message — to a woman's Center City office, according to Philadelphia police, who are looking to identify the suspect.
The woman, 42, did not recognize the name associated with the delivery, nor was she expecting any flowers, police said. She received the delivery on Aug. 25 at 1:28 p.m.
Video surveillance from the floral shop captured the suspect purchasing flowers. Police did not provide the name or location of the shop where the flowers were purchased, and they are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the man.
Police described the suspect as a male in his mid-20s, with a medium build and a height between 5 feet 6 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall. He was wearing a dark shirt with a "Puma" logo on his left chest, dark pants, dark sneakers and a green and white baseball hat.
