A teenager was hospitalized after being shot behind a Northeast Philadelphia high school Saturday night, according to reports.
CBS3 reports the incident occurred in a field behind Archbishop Ryan High School on Academy Road. The male victim, 17, was reportedly shot in the thigh.
According to 6ABC, police say the shooting happened during an argument. The suspect allegedly pulled out a gun and started shooting, leaving his car keys behind when he fled the scene, the news station reports.
The victim was taken to Aria-Torresdale Hospital where he was treated and released. Police are still searching for the suspect.
