Police are seeking the public's help in finding a suspicious male in Gloucester Township, Camden County.
The man was spotted wandering and yelling in several locations Tuesday in Gloucester Township, police say.
At approximately 11:15 a.m., he was seen looking into classroom windows at Highland High School before ringing the front doorbell and yelling into the door's intercom system. Surveillance cameras captured him fleeing the area on a bicycle before police arrived.
Shortly after, at approximately 11:35 a.m., the same man walked in and out of a doctor's office waiting room on Black Horse Pike several times. He was rambling incoherent statements, according to police.
The man also reportedly yelled at road construction workers along Black Horse Pike. He was last seen riding his bicycle southbound.
Police describe the man as a light-skinned black or Hispanic male in his 30s with light facial hair and thinning hair on his head. He was wearing a yellow "Nike 1972" T-shirt and dark sweatpants with white stripes down the legs.
