Last seen leaving hospital with unknown male

Police are searching for an endangered woman who has gone missing from a West Philadelphia hospital.

Chaniece Benn, 20, was last seen at Mercy Hospital on S. 54th Street around 4 a.m. Saturday. 

Benn suffers from cerebral palsy and has a diminished mental capacity.

A resident of the 3800 block of Aspen Street, she was caught on camera leaving the hospital with an unknown black male. 

She is described as standing 5'1" and weighing 130 pounds with a medium build, brown eyes, a light brown complexion and black, shoulder-length hair. 

She was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, black shirt, khaki pants and black sneakers with a silver stripe on them.

The male is described as standing 5'5" with a medium build and medium complexion and was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black shoes.
