Philadelphia police have filed statutory rape charges against a youth soccer coach who allegedly impregnated a 15-year-old girl who accepted cash from him in exchange for money.

Authorities said Thursday that they received a tip from the Department of Human Services in regard to a teenager with a 7-month old child who might have been fathered by the coach, according to NBC10.

Francisco Prado-Contraras, 39, was a family friend of the girl, then 14, and was the coach of her soccer team. When she approached him for a job to help him clean houses in September 2015, Prado-Contreras allegedly offered money for sex instead of a job.

Police said Prado-Contreras had sex with the teen on five occasions at South Street apartment.

The teen came up with a positive pregnancy test about a month after the alleged contact began, 6ABC reports.

Authorities took Prado-Contreras in custody Wednesday on the 900 block of Federal Street.
