An 18-year-old man plummeted 30 feet from an I-95 ramp onto the Vine Street Expressway just before midnight on Sunday, according to Philadelphia police.
The incident occurred on the off-ramp of I-95 heading to the expressway in Chinatown, authorities said.

Several family members were attempting to fix a broken-down car when the victim lost his balance, falling onto 8th and Vine Streets.
Officials said the victim suffered a serious head injury and was receiving treatment at Hahnemann University Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.
There were no other injuries reported and police are still investigating what may have led to the victim's fall.
