A police officer and a civilian were injured in a crash early Tuesday morning in Nicetown, NBC10 reports.
The crash occurred around 3:10 a.m. at Roberts and Wissahickon avenues.
A 39th District police SUV that was heading northbound on Wissahickon Avenue collided with a GMC Envoy that was traveling eastbound on Roberts Avenue.
The officer was taken to Temple University Hospital, and the driver of the other vehicle was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center.
The crash is under investigation.
