Philadelphia police are investigating after a man was fatally shot Friday afternoon in North Philadelphia.
Authorities say the shooting occurred at around 5 p.m. near 23rd and Norris streets, according to NBC 10.
The victim, who has not been identified, was dead at the scene when police arrived.
No arrests have been made as homicide detectives continue to search for suspects and motive behind the shooting.
