A boy died and eight other people, including three kids, were injured in a car accident in the Wissahickon section of Philadelphia, according to multiple reports.
NBC10 reports at least two vehicles collided on the 4200 block of Henry Avenue on Sunday afternoon. Two off-duty police officers in the area stopped to help.
Two children were partially ejected from the rear window, according to 6ABC.
CBS3 reports that victims were rushed to local hospitals where the boy, between the ages of five and seven, was pronounced dead.
Police have not identified the victims.
