A Pennsylvania man was arrested in New York Sunday after getting pulled over with a number of driver's license suspensions that is close to the century mark.
Police say that 43-year-old Eric Dunbar of Tafton, Pennsylvania, was pulled over on the Long Island Expressway around noon when an officer observed he was driving 86 mph in a 2016 Dodge Challenger.
He was in possession of a valid Pennsylvania license, according to authorities, however a search on his record found he had a New York license which had been suspended 88 times in the past for failing to answer traffic tickets.
Dunbar has been charged with aggravated unlawful operation of a motor vehicle and was issued summonses for speeding and unlawfully having more than one unexpired driver’s license. His car was also impounded.
He is being held overnight and will be arraigned Monday.
