Pineapple Carrot Juice — makes 2 servings

Ingredients:
• 1 halved lemon
• 2 cups of cubed pineapple
• 2 roughly chopped carrots
• ½ cup of ice

Directions:
Using a citrus squeezer, squeeze the juice from the lemon into a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve the juice as is or strain it through a fine-mesh strainer to remove the pulp before serving.
