Malcolm Kenyatta's political stock is rising.

The community leader and North Philadelphia's biggest fan has been slogging it on the campaign trail for Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, and the Clinton campaign has apparently noticed. Kenyatta was featured in an online commercial for Clinton, posted to the campaign's Facebook page late Wednesday night.

As of Thursday morning, the commercial had more than 200,000 views. You can watch it below:

The footage of Kenyatta speaking comes from a Clinton campaign stop in North Philly from back in April.

"I'm humbled, I'm overwhelmed, but mostly I'm thrilled to have played a small role in this historic campaign," Kenyatta wrote on Facebook. "With only 12 days left, I'm ready to put my nose to the grindstone to make sure we elect this amazing woman our next President!"

Kenyatta's currently serving as member engagement coordinator for the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and is on the board of several city nonprofits. A Temple grad, he was a delegate for Clinton during the Democratic National Convention in Philly and has written several op-eds and made national television appearances for Clinton during the campaign cycle.

And as Philadelphia Magazine recently noted, his up-and-comer status will be boosted by a (likely) Clinton victory.
