Milly Medley, a Philadelphia executive chef, is a Top Five contestant in the current season of 'Hell's Kitchen.'
Following last night's "Hell's Kitchen" double-elimination episode, five chefs remain in the competition. Philadelphia's Milly Medley is one of them.
The 33-year-old was picked as one of 20 contestants in Season 14 of the television show. Medley is executive chef of Southern cuisine restaurant Triple Play Bar & Grill, his expertise being seafood mac and cheese. If he wins, he will secure a position as head chef at Caesars in Atlantic City.
Medley was one of two chefs selected to represent Philadelphia. The other, Christine Hazel of Levittown, was a former chef for Chickie's and Pete's. She was eliminated during the April 28 episode.
In addition to Medley, the Top Five group consists of Meghan Gill of Roanoke, Virginia; T Gregoire of Atlanta; Michelle Tribble of Dallas; and Nick Peters of Stoneham, Mass. The next episode will air at a new time on Tues., May 26 at 9 p.m. The season finale will air June 9.
Medley is currently planning the June 1 opening of French cuisine and soul food restaurant Food For You by Soul II Soul at 6139 Ridge Ave.
