The 116th edition of the Philadelphia Auto Show will open on Jan. 28 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Each year, crowds flock to the display floor.
Many are looking for advice on buying a new model or hoping to see their dream car up close. There's plenty to see and do through Feb. 5.
The show features a mix of collections. There will be exotic vehicles, classic automobiles and many popular car brands showing off their latest and greatest.
Besides this year's models, there will be 2018 concepts on display. Attendees can expect to see the Chevrolet Equinox, Hyundai Genesis G80, GMC Terrain, Lexus LC 500, Mercedes-Benz GLA 45 and 250, Toyota Camry, Volkswagen Atlas and Volvo V90.
Guests have a chance to sit in almost all of the display cars at the event, besides concept or exotic vehicles.
There are also plenty of ride & drive opportunities. Camp Jeep will return to the Philadelphia Auto Show, featuring a revamped interactive adventure zone where professional drivers allow riders to experience Jeep's off-road capabilities inside the Convention Center.
New this year will be a Hollywood car display, showing off vehicles from blockbuster hits. Examples include the 1966 Batmobile, the "Back to the Future" Delorean, the "Ghostbusters" 1991 Cadillac Hearse Ecto-1, The "Harry Potter" Ford Anglia and the "Jurassic Park" Jeep.
Tickets for the show are $14 per person. Children and seniors receive a discount.
