HARRISBURG – The attorney general’s office in Pennsylvania will release a report next week on the explicit and objectionable emails recovered from the agency's computers.
The report by an outside law into the exchange of those emails will be disclosed in the middle of next week, spokesman Chuck Ardo said Thursday, the Associated Press reported. Former Maryland Attorney General Doug Gansler led the process of analyzing millions of emails.
The emails surfaced during an internal review of how prosecutors handled the Jerry Sandusky child molestation probe. Dozens of workers in the office were disciplined for sending the emails.
Gansler has said the report would cost about $2 million.
