The 88th Academy Awards (or, the 2016 Oscars, to most) are just days away. Despite controversies over the Academy's continual lack of diverse nominees and the resulting boycotts and protests, the show will go on. Thus, all of the Oscar pools your friends and coworkers are hosting will, too, go on.
