Tom Brady’s suspension might last the full season after this one.
The NFL’s official Twitter account, which has 19.2 million followers, outscooped the likes of Adam Schefter and Ian Rapoport by dropping an absolute bombshell Tuesday afternoon:
Looks like @NFL is gonna have to change its password to "football1" now pic.twitter.com/aD82wQqy90
— max (@MaxRappaport) June 7, 2016
And then after the tweet was deleted, the NFL doubled down on its claim with a British accent:
Annnnnnnd the @NFL Twitter account has been hacked. It was sort of only a matter of time, right? pic.twitter.com/CHN8mTdb40

As has been reported by pretty much everyone, Roger Goodell is actually alive and well and the account was hacked. While Deflategate rages on, the league now also has to deal with the tall task of figuring out a more secure password.
