A New York Police Department sergeant has been arrested and charged with misdemeanor sexual abuse for allegedly throwing semen at a department administrative aide.
According to the New York Post, 54-year-old Michael Iscenko approached the unidentified victim from behind and threw the substance at her, hitting her leg and shoe.
The alleged incident occurred on January 23 at the New York Police Headquarters. There is no indication whether the bodily fluid belonged to Iscenko, or someone else, nor was there any indication of where it came from.
Both the victim and Iscenko worked in the department’s Organized Crime Control Bureau.
The NYPD tested the material and arrested Iscenko at Police Headquarters on Wednesday morning. Bail was set at $3,000 cash with a court date set for Nov 19.
