We have already established that Mike Milbury doesn’t care for the Philadelphia Flyers and their fans, a feeling that is mutual considering what my Twitter timeline looks like pretty much anytime the NBC Sports intermission show comes on.
Flyers fans would sure love a chance to roast Milbury on national television, something that will never happen. Luckily for them, studio host Kathryn Tappen did just that on Sunday:

“They actually pay you money to make a comment like that, huh?”
In general, this would certainly be one way to make studio shows more interesting. If the analyst completely mails it in, wouldn’t it be great if the host was contractually obligated to call them out?
(Answer: Yes, it would be great. No, it will never happen.)
