Three people are dead after a fire broke out in Norristown early Saturday morning, according to reports.
The blaze began around 4 a.m. at an apartment building on the 800 block of Dekalb Street, 6ABC reports.

Two adults were found dead inside the home and a child died after being taken to Einstein Hospital Montgomery, according to the news station.
The Red Cross said in a tweet they were on the scene assisting the multiple people who were injured.

At least six other people were injured, according to Andrew Adamson of FOX29.

Authorities are reportedly still investigating the cause of the blaze.
