A New Jersey man has been indicted for allegedly harassing a 13-year-old girl online and threatening to kidnap her in an effort to obtain sexually explicit photos, CBSPhilly reports.
Craig L. Wyatt, of Willingboro, Burlington County, was reportedly indicted on 10 counts of manufacturing child pornography, three counts of theft by extortion, three counts of criminal coercion, possession of child pornography, making terroristic threats and cyber harassment.
The 23-year-old was previously convicted on five counts of terroristic threats for stalking other girls on Facebook and sending them threatening messages, authorities said.
According to the most recent indictment, Wyatt met the girl, who claimed to be 15, on Facebook in May of 2014. He started off sending affectionate messages, but allegedly became threatening after authorities said he received one or more nude photos from her.
During a series of texts via cell phone and Facebook, he allegedly repeatedly threatened to kidnap her and/or post photos of her on the internet if she did [not] meet his demands for sexually explicit pictures.
He also allegedly told her that others would help him kidnap her so he could take her away and impregnate her.
Authorities said detectives discovered 36 sexually explicit photos of the victim saved in his phone and on his Facebook account.
Wyatt is lodged in the Burlington County Jail with bail set at $100,000. He will appear in court at a later date for arraignment.
