A New Jersey couple have been charged with running a prostitution business out of massage parlors they operate in Bucks County, the Bucks County Courier Times reports.
The husband and wife, Galina Rytsar, 52, and Vladimir Rytsar, 55, were arraigned Friday on six felony charges including promoting prostitution, involuntary servitude and conspiracy. The two, both Romanian nationals living in Evesham, Burlington County, were each sent to Bucks County prison in lieu of 10 percent of $250,000 bail.

The allegations against the Rytsars emerged after the July 1 arrests of two women who allegedly worked as prostitutes at the couple’s Morrisville business, according to authorities. Mariia Petryshyn, 30, of Ukraine, and Aleksandra Burdeyn, 30, of Philadelphia, are awaiting a preliminary hearing on misdemeanor charges of promoting prostitution.
An investigation by Bucks County detectives of a now-closed hair salon in the 20 block of E. Bridge St. led to the arrests of Petryshyn and Burdeyn. According to court documents, officials also found a client list that included the names, dates and prices charged for sexual activity.
A second massage parlor was discovered in the 200 block of W. Street Road in Warminster.
The Rytsars were reportedly convicted of prostitution and related offenses in 2011 in New Jersey.
