Amid all the shade being thrown Philadelphia's way over the feud between Meek Mill and Drake, at least one bright ray shined in a city that's supposed to be always sunny.
On Thursday, rapper Nicki Minaj, Meek's girlfriend, stopped by Children's Hospital of Philadelphia together with the Ryan Seacrest Foundation to brighten the day of some excited patients, AceShowBiz reports.
Minaj, who later played a show in Camden as part of The Pinkprint Tour, shared photos from the visit on Instagram and talked about what an inspiration the experience was for her.
"If you need something to do in your spare time, try this. I left feeling so inspired by these incredibly strong, beautiful, dynamic children. Pray for them, you guys. They would've melted your heart."
The Ryan Seacrest Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring youth through entertainment and education focused initiatives. One of their projects involves building broadcast media centers inside pediatric hospitals, giving kids a chance to exercise creativity and making the healing process more uplifting for families, patients and hospital workers.
