UPDATE: The Spring Beer Garden at the Mutter Museum, scheduled for May 26, is now sold out. No tickets will be sold at the door.
Mark this down as one of the unusual places for a beer garden to pop up. Philly loves beer gardens and apparently so does The Mutter Museum.
For one night only the museum will host a spring beer garden in the Benjamin Rush Medicinal Garden that also includes full museum access. The event is scheduled for May 26, which may seem a long way off, but Mutter Museum events tend to sell out fast.
From 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. attendees can sip on specialty beers and sangria in the garden. Light snacks will be provided.
Tickets for the 21-and-over event are $12 per person. College of Physicians Fellows can attend for free, but will still need tickets. Once inside, drinks will be available for purchase from a cash bar.
