Penn Museum will bring its happy-hour event "Mummies and Martinis" back on May 12. Most people only head to the neighborhood bar for a drink after work, but those who attend will be clinking glasses with Egypt in the background.
Attendees will be allowed to drink in the Egypt Gallery of the museum from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Admission to the 21-plus event is $9 and includes one complimentary drink.
Tickets are currently available and tend to sell out in advance.
