A Montgomery County man pleaded guilty Tuesday to child pornography charges for allegedly using a camera hidden beneath a bathroom sink to record minors as they undressed, showered and used the toilet.
Kevin Rebbie, 56, of Royersford, is charged with 19 counts of manufacturing child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.
A minor contacted Limerick Township Police after discovering the hidden camera in February. Police seized 80 videos Rebbie took with the hidden camera, 19 of which captured minor boys and girls. Prosecutors say the videos were saved to Rebbie's computer.
Rebbie faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in prison. The maximum sentence is 580 years in prison, a fine and a lifetime of supervised release.
His sentencing hearing is slated for April 13 before U.S. District Court Judge Nitza I. Quinones Alejandro.
Rebbie also faces related charges in the Court of Common Pleas.
